I was referred to Dr. Lindstrom by Dr. Phillip Moore in Aurora a month ago and I haven't had a single migraine since. I suffer up to 2 migraines a week, sometimes lasting multiple days and involve the emergency room because my medication isn't strong enough for the pain. Since starting to see Dr. Lindstrom I not only haven't had a migraine but I haven't physically felt this good in all of my life. If you suffer from migraines and haven't had any luck, this is the place for you. The staff at Lindstrom chiropractic are kind, caring and very good at their jobs. The heat therapy and electric massage loosen your muscles so there is no pain when the doctor performs the adjustments. After stating I would go somewhere else, I was called back and told they found my claim number and I could come in. They worked closely with me three times a week ensuring I progressed in each session so after 10 weeks I have full mobility. They also ensured I had a program to follow at home for those days I was not at PT. They were in continuous communication about my treatment plan so it felt seamless no matter who treated me. Dan is the leader of the site and has an amazing team--they help each other and the patients continuously without even being asked--plus they ensure everyone has fun while in clinic. A special shout out to Tony, Elan and Marilou who keep the place moving on a daily basis. Highly recommend, would definitely use them again and have recommended to others.

As with any care center there are some clueless people. I blame the management of this place. from what I saw and after talking to the staff the training is little or non existent. I never saw anyone that appeared to be "in charge". Unless you have a family member sitting with the resident they get likely get ignored. My family member was slipping out of the wheelchair. When I finally found someone to help they didn't know what they were doing. No sense of urgency! The nurses told my family member to drink more water, but the water container was empty. The food is what you expect - horrible. I doubt they have a dietitian. Had to search for eating utensils that could be used since my family member has difficulty in holding a regular utensil. There are 30 patients for 1 nurse.The CNA's are thrown on the floor with little or no training and there is a lot of turnover from what I could tell. There was a day I couldn't find a CNA. I have seen worse and I have seen better. I sat in this place for a week and I hope to God I never end up in a facility like this. UPDATE! When getting my family member out of bed - THEY DROPPED HER!!! Go somewhere else besides Countryside Care Center.

So far, every time I've visited, they were either making popcorn for the residents, helping them shoot basketballs into hoops, and engaging in conversation with them. I feel my mother is much safer here, and better taken care of since it is a nursing home, and there are nurses, CNAs, and workers everywhere. I was told that they even buy little Christmas gifts for their residents. How thoughtful. I notice that my mom isn't as anxious at this facility than she was at the last home. I think because there are so many people everywhere, she isn't left in a quiet room by herself. There are 2 residents to a room. My mom's roommate just happens to be a woman who was with her at the last assisted living facility. So I'm thankful she's with someone she recognizes. They said they didn't stop her antidepressants and then I heard someone in the background saying we'll have to get a doctors order for that. Same thing with checking her blood sugars.
