We were connected with him through our ARAG services at work and ended up not being very happy. He does the bare minimum (or at least did with us... we were purchasing a home). After the purchase was completed we found out from both our realtor and broker that there were some things he should have done but asked them to do, which they thought was odd but didn't want to hold up our process... from what I can tell he does the bare minimum needed to get paid by our ARAG program. We also needed some additional help with something after the sale because we couldn't get a hold of the seller's attorney and he said he would reach out and make some calls and then never got back to us and is just ignoring our calls and emails. Others might have a good experience, however I feel he is just in it to get your money for the least amount of work needed.

I tend to have high expectations about communication and he continually came through. If he wasn't available, he always called me back promptly or his staff was able to assist me. This is who you turn to in order to earn em. Wonderful class/lecture space. They offer one very large auditorium, and multiple small to large class rooms, three floors full. Their book store, located on the entrance floor, is top notch. I don't think I could have graduated law school without out those MCLE's. It's well worth your money to invest in your area of specialty's blue binder. They contain everything from sample motions to suggestions on how to use the newest case law for the betterment of your clients. For conferences they offer unlimited coffee, soda and snacks--- incredibly helpful in getting you through all those speeches on the "Future of the Probation System." All legal trainings offered at the facility are also live broadcast online. I really recommend getting a MCLE live subscription - especially if you are a general practitioner, or just miss law school like I do. Trainings are rather expensive - they range from $250-$2500, depending on the caliber of speakers and the level of audience interaction. They offer a new lawyer discount. Many employers will pay for you to go as well.

Marc was truly professional and worked with all of us explaining the process throughout so that my son could get the medical care and settlement he needed to heal. A couple years ago, I contacted Marc again when I was blindsided by a young distracted driver with a car full of his friends just before sundown after a day at the beach. The impact totaled my SUV and left me with soft tissue damage in my neck, shoulder and lower back. Once again, Marc patiently listened and laid out the process so that we could reach an equitable settlement. I was able to get the care needed in order to work again. So grateful to Marc for all his help and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a brilliant Personal Injury attorney. (Also want to give a shout out to Christine, Marc's assistant, who worked tirelessly to get me the documents, support and info needed, without delay) Footnote: my son was just sworn in as a lawyer, partly due to Marc's inspiration! Throughout the process he consistently kept in good communication, and I always felt well informed of how the process was going. Attorney Gluck and his team never failed to answer my emails or calls within a day. He set realistic expectations for me at the outset, never over promising, and clearly explained his reasoning while advising me on the best course of action. Attorney Gluck was thoughtful and creative in his approach to helping me get the compensation I was seeking, and I believe his strategy and diligent research made it difficult for the other parties to disagree with our positions. He personally interviewed all the witnesses, capturing all the details, leaving no stone unturned. Once we got to the arbitration process, attorney Gluck was focused and extremely skilled at dismantling the other parties' arguments with facts. He was clearly well prepared and communicated with me weeks ahead so that I was too. Finally, attorney Gluck is someone I personally enjoyed working with and getting to know. He was always warm, considerate, and dedicated to my case. In a difficult time, it was great to have an attorney I felt I could put my full trust in.

I thought I had vetted him enough by his employer who in fact gave him a glowing recommendation. (I should have had MCS do a complete background check on this person first) But from day 2 of his signed lease, the tenant broke many of the signed clauses and non payment of rent. Christopher, took all my information, and guided me step by step and even though it was hit or miss with the tenants continuous antics and lying at every step of my Eviction Process, Christopher gave me a few scenarios how the process could work out so I was prepared and informed. The MCS REALLY CAME THRU, TODAY WAS A GREAT DAY! and I can honestly say that Christopher and the Staff of MCS put my mind at ease and I can now move on with knowing Christopher did it all Legal and Swift. A huge "Thank you" and my gratitude for their excellent service will not be forgotten. I promise to speak about MCS in hopes others in my situation will know and hire the "Very Best", in Eviction Processes and other Legal Issues. I will sleep well tonight! Thank you Christopher Thank you Massachusetts Constable Service Law has prevailed! JR QUINCY, Ma.
