It has been quite disruptive and completely unprofessional. I always looked past the LONG turnaround times on almost everything. I looked past the fact that I could never get a hold of my accountant (Brian) without going through several layers of people. I looked past the fact they increased their rates over and over. I looked past the fact that as our tax advisers, they gave horrible advice that served no purpose other than making their job more simple.
