We were left scrambling to replace services such as payroll, sales tax remittance, and basic monthly accounting services. They did not offer to off-ramp or assist with a transition to another firm. It has been quite disruptive and completely unprofessional. I always looked past the LONG turnaround times on almost everything. I looked past the fact that I could never get a hold of my accountant (Brian) without going through several layers of people. I looked past the fact they increased their rates over and over. I looked past the fact that as our tax advisers, they gave horrible advice that served no purpose other than making their job more simple. I should have listened to my instincts and moved on sooner from this unprofessional firm. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are many many great CPA firms in the Denver metro area.
