I made an appointment to open a new account after being informed on my first visit that you could…read morenot just walk into the branch to open an account. arrived at the bank at my appointed time, 11 AM, only to be informed that the person I needed to meet with was sick and not available. There was no one else in the branch who could help with setting up a new account. I was told I would need to reschedule. I asked why no one had reached out to inform me that my appointment was no longer valid, and she replied that they only had three employees and were too busy to call their scheduled appointments. The bank has been open for two hours at that point. Obviously I will be taking my banking business elsewhere, and would encourage you to do the same. As I was in line waiting for my appointment that they did not keep, the lady in front of me was describing how she had to drive over an hour To reach the branch, since the one closer to her had closed. Currently, at this time there is only one other branch over an hour away we have access to.

I tried calling and was transferred to multiple different departments, without ever reaching a resolution. I stopped into the local branch to see if there was anything they could do to help. Michael was determined to make sure I was taken care of. I remember seeing the sign and "5 star service" underneath as you walk into the bank. I thought, "yeah right, we will see." In my personal opinion this bank SUCKS. My mother has banned here for many years. In fact so long…read morethat anytime she walked thru the door of any of the branches in Bowling Green all the workers would stop and give her a shout like they were kun to her. Back in August of 25 she had a stroke and for a while was confined to the bed. We were trying to get me put in her account so that I could write her checks and pay her bills. We were informed that even though I had Power of Attorney writes that I could not be added to her account unless she was present and that the paper work I had was not legal enough to get me added if she was not present. They would not listen to or understand that she could not be present because she could not get out of the bed. They would not help us out to even give us a temporary check so the funds in her account could be withdrawn and put into my account to cover what has been written to her collectors. Nothing could be done unless she was present all the way up until November when she walked into this bank and closed her account for good. In my opinion everyone that has accounts at this Bank should withdraw all of their funds and do the same as my mom did. I would strongly suggest against opening any kind of account at this bank as well

Avoid this place at all cost. COULD NOT ACCESS MY MONEY ALL WEEKEND my card expired after i called them 2 weeks prior letting them know it was coming up. They never sent me a new card each office pointing fingers at the other offices for fault even got hung up on at one point for asking to speak to the person who is responsible. AGAIN, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
