They seemed nice, but I'm personally not a fan of waiting around without a schedule. I really appreciated how City Plumbing, Heating & Electric was not only able to send one technician to cover multiple issues - but their office was very diligent in calling to inform me of any schedule changes. When they weren't able to send someone the day I called, they scheduled me for 8 a.m. the next morning. Unfortunately - while they weren't able to arrive until 10 a.m. - the office called to notify me rather than having me sit around for a few hours. I also appreciated that when I scheduled the appointment - the office explained the flat service fee for the visit. The technician also explained all of his repairs, was very courteous and prompt, and identified all of the charges on the bill. Would highly recommend to others!

The electrician that came out couldn't figure out how to do it. I think he was focused on drilling down into the stud and the attic did not give enough room for the drilling. I got a referral from a friend and called Patrick Logan who came out and looked at it and said you needed to first cut the hole for the outlet box and then drill up into the stud from inside the house and he had it installed within an hour and a half. Electrician also wasn't able to give estimates on the job or what it would cost to install the ceiling fan he installed. I will find out when I get the bill. I gave three stars instead of one because he did a good job installing the ceiling fan. I'm just glad I went with a second opinion on the outlet box.
