Do not use these guys. They told me they do concrete floor staining and advertise it on their website. Make sure they deliver on everything they promised before you pay them. They promised there would not be any dust and when there was inches of dust, so they said they would send a cleaner that never came. Did not move my furniture back, and the dust and sludge is everywhere in my home. It took them a month to complete the job. And they complained because they underestimated in their quote (that is not MY mistake). They attempted to leave me with matte floors and got an attitude when I asked them to give me the high gloss they showed me in the pictures. I found out later they were using my home as practice and the main guy was sent to training AFTER he did my floors! They smile in your face, meanwhile trying to scheme on how they could cut the work in half when they underbid. The owner even lied about being associated with the concrete guy, but they are related and on a family picture (all last named Ryals) on the website together! Lee, the owner, claims no relation but the invoice says, "ServiceKnight". Lee was also there at least three of the days overseeing the horrible work. This was my first major renovation experience. Though it was horrible, I learned to SEE THE WORK IN PERSON before hiring anyone. read more
