After letting is dry all day my wife walked by and ran her hand on it and it was still covered in hair. We called the office to verify that hair should have been removed and they offered to send the tech back out at a later date, we agreed. The date of the appointment the tech called before he got here saying it wasn't going to work and he shouldn't come, my wife told him to come since the office said it in fact would work. He pulls up and gets out, does a couple passes on the couch and tells her "see I told you it wouldn't work", gone in 10 minutes. Called in to the office to see once again what needed to be done, they offered to send the same tech back out for the 3rd time which we declined due to the busy schedule we have between work and kids and was told the manager would call the next day at 10, that was 2 weeks ago. We ended up cleaning the couch ourselves, 2nd picture is just some of the hair that was still left behind. Stanley Steemer is an absolute waste of money and waste of time. Would never recommend and will happily spend my money elsewhere.
