During a tropical storm, this company insisted on moving my items from their storage (after flood…read moremitigation) to my basement! I asked to please wait a day but to no avail. Due to inclement weather the request was to specifically wait until rain stopped however Property Plus insisted on bringing in items down the 40 feet path from their truck to the entrance to the house without protecting most of the items. I had to dry off chairs and shelving units that were soaked. The next day, upon inspection of items it became evident one of the sofas was ruined. Both armrests and some of the main body of the sofa were soaked. The smell of decaying fibers was already present therefore needing to be removed right away. A friend helped me since Property Plus did not answer my calls. They later informed me they could "bring fans" to resolve the damage. Bottomline: do not hire this company! .

Our white carpets were absolutely filthy, despite my best efforts. I found Helping Hands via Groupon and decided to give it a whirl. Antonio is awesome. We love this guy. This morning, he arrived early (I'm a procrastinator so he helped pick up my kids' rooms and even vacuumed for me!), and immediately set to work. My kids had left an entire container of this oily, viscous, dark blue metallic putty on the carpet and it had completely sunken in and adhered to the carpet. I thought it was a lost cause and would just have to be replaced. I almost jokingly asked Antonio if there was anything that could be done and he got right to work. I even threw him a snide "yeah, good luck on that one" as he started. Ten minutes later, it was gone. Man, he put in some serious labor and elbow grease getting it out, but holy cats! It's gone! I told him then that he had earned my loyalty. He'd be coming back. Period. He was nothing but pleasant, kind, and funny. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but we loved having him.

I have email bombed and text bombed and left repeated voicemails begging for a receipt for my June service. It is now September 30 and I still haven't received any receipt for paid services. I have home security and watching it back and I was disgusted with the ethics behind the work . On top of that as the man walked in, he began to sell me on calling him on the side because he would do it for half price (off the record . ) We were so embarrassed as we had family visiting the next day , it was utterly the worst service I've ever seen or been provided. I worked for a place that did steam cleaning 15 years ago and was shocked at what the industry standard either is or how low budget this one was .
