Michael coordinated the proposals for mold remediation and carpentry and scheduled plumbers to come by to give me bids. He is very reliable, thorough and great at communicating so I always knew he was working on getting me a solid and fair proposal. Equally important in clinching my awarding him the contract was that he guarantees his estimates, unlike Belmont's competitor which couldn't promise that a change order might increase the total costs.

I called Green Steam and Ty quickly responded. He was so kind and was able to setup cleaning later that day! Ty and Ben came in their professional cleaning vehicle and quickly ran steaming hoses inside from outside. Ty explained they use a chemical free system to clean the carpets at sometime around 200 degree, i forget the exact number he said. They cleaned the entire downstairs carpet in around 30min.
