Michael coordinated the proposals for mold remediation and carpentry and scheduled plumbers to come by to give me bids. He is very reliable, thorough and great at communicating so I always knew he was working on getting me a solid and fair proposal. Equally important in clinching my awarding him the contract was that he guarantees his estimates, unlike Belmont's competitor which couldn't promise that a change order might increase the total costs.

There have already been two serious accidents for which they deny any responsibility. I have consulted several stone experts, and the result is the same.... the floor was sealed when it shouldn't have been and the only way to fix it is to strip it, an invasive and extremely expensive and invasive process involving toxic chemicals and heavy equipment.

I was in Canada and couldn't travel. I was at the mercy of having right people to help me do the mitigation. Servpro Summit came as an angel. Especially Chafika and Evie who went above and beyond what was required from them to do. Their continuous communication, suggestions, explanation of the tasks kept me calm and informed. They even phoned and tried finding local area Servpro and other companies for the reconstruction job after the mitigation was complete. Their builder portal was also an excellent tool, which kept me abreast with photos and 3D images as to what is going on on my property on a daily basis while they were at work.
