Pre treated everything and then brought in the steam/ suction unit on a nice long clean hose and took all the carpet dirt away. Excellent attention to the detail work. I had all the furniture cleared and the floors well vacuumed so he could get right to it. 2 hours later it appears I had new carpet theoughout. Oh thos nasty stains... no more.
