An hour later guy says we can't fix it we have to do other things and we are still going to charge you the $291 and on top of it an additional $291 to snake it from another area. I'm sorry but what just a money scam because the tech should have seen it after the first couple tries and not go outside and talk on the phone for most of the time. Do not use this company.

Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way.
