Alas that led me here and i asked what they would do to remove the smell. I was under the impression it would be extracted with a high flow extractor. Upon retrieval of the rug I then realized that the rug had been steam cleaned. Steam cleaning a rug with dog urine is a no-no as it sets the smell and you can't remove it.

What it proves is that they DO NOT WANT to use the scrubber. It's extra work and take extra time. The technician was in and out in no time at all. Not a single stain that I had prior to them coming, came out. The technician they sent out was a nice young man. But apparently was told not to scrub carpets. I will not be using this company again nor can I recommend others to use them.
