The owner blamed us for the damage! I had to calm my wife down while dealing with him dodging the responsibility of his employees and blaming us. He unreasonably offered us $750 after a bunch of back and forth. We got a quote of over $3,500 to repair the floor!!!! Oh but wait!!!! Our floor is discontinued!! What started out as getting help has turned into a damn nightmare. We are taking this problem causing company to small claims court. We are going to be seeking all of our flooring to be replaced since there aren't enough pieces to repair. I'd hate to see how they put in furnaces or AC units if they can't even handle a cleaning job. Would not hire this company or this guy for anything! STAY AWAY!

Not only that, but he was more than willing to accommodate my busy schedule. When they arrived they were very professional and cheerful and explained their approach to cleaning. I did not know that they use a cleaning method that doesn't heavily use water (that gets dirty and moved around, which can also cause mildew in the carpet). They left my old carpet looking brand new! My 15 year old, 9 pound dog started peeing on my rug under the coffee table in my home…read more After she passed I had Sanibright pick up my large and very valuable, antique oriental wool rug. They brought it back to me about a month later and it still smelled horrible. They ruined my rug, the fringe was cut and ripped, the edges were rubbed off, there are now a thousand small white dots where they rubbed the color off. No one has barely even walked in this room. It wasn't dirty. The only thing wrong with it was a two foot by one foot area where my tiny dog started peeing. (The poor baby had no idea where she was anymore.). They sent a guy out to spray something on it but the odor was still there. The guy told me he would show his boss the pieces of fringe that kept falling off where they had been cut and that he would give me a call. I called a few times and left messages but figured since it was close to Christmas they were busy. When I called afterwards the owner told me I had waited too long and I must have something else that is peeing on my rug now. I live alone and have no pets. Horrible business. I would suggest not taking anything of value to them. My 100+ year old rug is trash now.
