I was bought a gift voucher for here and was looking forward to going as the building looks amazing. However, it was so expensive I could not get much with my £50 voucher and the staff seemed to look down at me because there was not another zero on the end of it. I ended up getting a haircut by a junior who had no experience and gave me a very poor haircut. I really wish I had just gone to my normal barbers instead. On the plus side, free parking outside. My advice, go and have look round at the building and then book your haircut at a quality salon like Cream in Swaby's Yard read more

What a fantastic place to spend the day, Booked if for a full day of pamper and was not disappointed, all the beauty girls were lovely and very professional and the hair stylists too. Had lunch from the Westwood restaurant, which was amazing! Arrived feeling stressed and apprehensive, left feeling a million dollars. read more

I had a similar experience with a Birthday Gift Voucher, had to beg for an appointment that was suitable, at the weekend, as I do not live in or near Beverley. Obviously wanted me to book a Monday appointment, as it would probably be quiet. Working full time this would not have been possible. It seemed like the staff were not interested because it would be a one off appointment. not a very good first impression, all I would say is avoid vouchers, once they have been paid for, no one seems to be interested. read more
