He basically knowingly ripped us off. He collected $9000 upfront to buy materials with the understanding material would be delivered right away and work would start. Nothing happened and he mysteriously disappeared for two months. When the work started he would only work about 2 hours a day. A deck that should have taken at the most two weeks to do is still not finished after 9 months. Even worse the workmanship is of such poor quality that it will cost several thousand to redo to make it even safe. Another part of his scam is that he asked for another $6000 to finish the job we had contracted . The deck is only about half finished and he has collected about 80 percent of the agreed upon monies. Worst experience in 20 years dealing with contractors, you do not want to hire this guy to do anything at all.

He and his team replaced the shingled roof and the flat roof, replaced the windows, demoed the sides and prepped them for the rock work. Giving contractors access to a house unsupervised can make the most trustworthy person think twice. I have cameras set up throughout my house though, and every day they were there early in the morning, doing the work without needing to be supervised. Every night they cleaned up after themselves and locked up and not once did I catch any of their guys in the master bedroom trying on the wife's lingerie when nobody was looking. The part didn't fix the issue, and he then told me he wouldn't be able to return to remove it for about two weeks. He suggested I call another appliance specialist, which I did. The new technician told me that no reputable repair professional would ever order washing machine parts from Amazon, as doing so can cause permanent damage. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened--my washer's circuit board was fried, and I ultimately had to purchase a new machine. While he was at my home, he also left his toolbox behind. I texted him about it, and he said he was busy for the next two weeks but would let me know when he could pick it up. After a week and three days with no follow-up, I reached out again for a firm date and time. The screenshots attached show the conversation that followed. He left my home messy and did not clean up after himself. His demeanor throughout the process was extremely unprofessional. I followed up only because he said he would get back to me, and when I held him accountable, he responded poorly. If you need any kind of home service, I strongly recommend choosing another provider. When my fiancé followed up, the technician responded in a highly unprofessional manner, including the use of profanity. Using inappropriate language toward clients reflects a lack of professionalism and respect. He accused my fiancé of "spreading toxicity," yet the only toxic behavior we encountered was in the tone and content of his own messages. This level of disrespect, especially coming from a business owner, is extremely concerning. Regarding the services requested, we initially inquired about installing a Tesla charger. Immediately afterward, we asked whether he also repairs washing machines, and he stated that he does. He was fully aware that the consultation was for both the charger installation and the washing machine repair; this was communicated clearly, and he acknowledged it.
