So Marcie tried to cover it. Nothing colors red. So we decided to bleach it. Which I'd never done but red brown mess had to go. And then do salt & pepper leaving the top silver. I told her do it silver & weave black in. She said no she had a better idea & talked about application. Color had been established. It took 5hrs & I couldn't see anything she did. When she was done & showed me my hair, EVERY COLOR WE BLEACHED OUT WAS BACK ON MY HEAD!!! I seriously thought I lost my mind & was hallucinating. I spent $200 & 5hrs to have my hair be same color. I absolutely can't believe what happened but the uneven saturation of dye looks worse than before I went in. Friends said, I thought you got that mess bleached out. I'm devastated.
