Brianne (store Mgr) was very rude and so was the associate mason. We asked if they could take the…read morehard plastic cover off of two steelbooks so we could make sure there was no dents or scratches on them. Mason smarted off and said they are new... It don't matter if they are new dents and scratches can be on the steelbooks. We were going to buy them but with mason keep shrugging his shoulders and saying he didn't care that they might lose out on a sale we decide to not get them. We have never been treated has bad has we were that day. And Brianne never once has had a problem with letting us look at the movies out of the hard plastic. Called corp and he the guy that took my call said he watched the video and never once saw the associates do anything wrong. But when i said so you never saw Mason shrugging his shoulders he was like yea i did. We were going to spend over 100$ that day alone and he only offerd a 5$ coupon, today when i called he said i was asking for free movies never once did i say that. Told him to quit putting words in my mouth and he said ok ill give you 10$ credit. He even said the store mgr had tried calling me to apolgize and to welcome us back but she has not once tried calling us. I said i can go back on my call log and even prove that he said he would contact the mgr again and have her call me, we will see if that happens.
