I have never seen either of them say an unkind word to anyone, regardless of who they are. they were very helpful to me in finding what I wanted. we have built a great rapport. They give me the tray I ask for and the price of the day, then leave me alone to pick the coins I want. I line up my selections, we both do the math, I had them cash, they put my choices into bags. My collecting habits are not normal. I don't care about MS this or brilliant cameo that; I just want (for examole) a three cent piece that is readable enough to pass around at family dinner. They have never pressured me to spend more. I was assembling a small group of coins for a church project; they helped me find exactly the right coins and even GAVE me a modern Israeli coin to add to the mix. Sure, it probably wasn't worth more than a dollar but they KNEW it would fit into the project perfectly.

First let me say, I like to support local businesses. I myself work at a local business. So they're business hours kinda suck. Mon - Fri: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm Sat: 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm. I feel like a lot people are at work and not able to get there during their business hours. I think they could have much more traffic if they stayed open till 7 or 8 during the week. They same for Friday and Saturday possibly later. Come on Lucky Ruckus, step up your game, your hours seem like you're lazy. I would love to be able to spend more money with you if you had better hours. The other vape shops that stay open later get my dollars because of this. Location is inconvenient for most of Amarillo but oh well that's an easy one to look past. Last, They are a little pricey on some of their mods. They offer clones that you can order online and also find in brick and mortar stores in other cities for $20 to $30 cheaper. I feel like their mark up is well over keystone on some of the mods they carry. I don't mind paying more than what I can get it for online at a local store just to support local business but it should be fair. The prices on most other things are competitive. This is a really nice vape shop and most of the staff is helpful and nice. I will definitely shop there when I can. I recommend this place.
