The place is clean, neat and orderly and people are always working unlike this place where it is always dirty people are always standing around behind the registers having a union meeting while the line is just piling up of customers waiting to check out. They just love to put clothes to signs so they don't have to help anybody and then when you have a complaint about anything, they just act like they don't care this place is very ghetto. It has been getting worse over the past few years. I no longer purchase hot food from here because the quality of the food seems to be getting worse and sloppier in the selections are very limited. I do not want to call up and special order a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin every single time I happen to stop by that Quiktrip among other items that they never stock and if they say they do, then they are lying to you. This place is a bunch of clowns that should not be in the customer service industry. Please do better and be like 27th and college who are extremely nice. Very courteous always working with a plethora of food available and they have also heard many complaints about the West Allis Quiktrip as well as they know how bad West Allis Quiktrip is getting please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else other than this Quiktrip

I've always found the location to be well lit, clean, and reasonable priced gas for the location. They are typically cheaper than the other gas stations in the area. They have contactless pay at the pump, which I love. The window cleaner and paper towels are always stocked as well. An air pump for tires and vacuum is also available for a small fee and use on site.

We went inside to get some to-go breakfast. I walked out with two breakfast sandwiches & a potato hash brown stick thing?? (It was okay) I got a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant breakfast sandwich, as well as a sausage, egg & cheese maple waffle breakfast sandwich. Both were yummy, but my favorite was the waffle one! The gas pump area is super clean and maintained well. Inside is orderly too. I needed to get gas and remembered they offer the famous HoHo cakes. So, after filling up, I ran inside to get the sweet treat for my sister. The Mama P's selection was plentiful but not very diverse. They were all chocolate based except for the animal cracker. It was so cute with pink cake and a pink animal cracker on top. I also chose the chocolate and peanut butter. I wish they had more non-chocolate options such as lemon etc. They were delicious just the same. Once you check in on Yelp, you receive an offer for a free bottle of water. The young girl at the desk was very confused and went to get another person for help. That girl looked at my phone and said, "we don't do that". When I said I think they do she agreed. It seemed like since she wasn't sure how to process the Yelp offer, she just wanted to refuse it. Then I realize it is Kenosha Restaurant Week. More confusion ensued on the price of my HoHo cakes, the only item they offered on Restaurant Week. I love that Lou Perrine's participated in Yelp and Restaurant Week. I just wish the staff is better trained on things like this.

I stop by in the morning for coffee - they have it brewed fresh each morning with really great options- even my favorite iced coffee! They are great about getting new items in and keeping things up to date. You will always be welcomed by smiling faces and they are always willing to help if you can't find something. I see police officers here a lot (it's near the police station) and I always feel safe if I have to come by late at night. BONUS: they have KRINGLE! And the deliver groceries if you need it. AMAZING. (It looks like they have a low rating currently due to old reviews- with new management, everything has changed!)

Glad to have them close by, but they're definitely a bare bones, no frills, necessity kinda station/store.
