I informed him that the vape was not hitting correctly and I needed a different one. He said he couldn't do anything about it... vape dies not even 5 minutes later. I later speak with him on the phone to be informed that he already knows the vapes have issues... yet he still keeps them on the shelf. Says he doesn't do exchanges or refunds... then why ask me to test the product before I leave? I spent almost $19 on a vape that lasted 2 minutes with no taste. I described what I was looking for and expected to be offered something similar, finding a juice was like pulling teeth. I pretty much sold myself the vape juice. We showed up after the posted opening time of 6 PM and opened the unlocked door only to be greeted with a very rude "we're closed" from a group of people sitting around an already lit hookah. I asked when they were open and they stated 7 PM. I mentioned the posted open time but wasn't too worried. We went and got a beer to wait out the hour and came back at 7:10 only to find the door now locked and the same group of people having not moved around the still lit hookah. Obviously the people working on Wednesday July 14th were more concerned about consuming their own product than serving customers who came back twice. If hours are different then make the appropriate changes vs having customers find ways to fill the time in between. Additionally, if you're going to say you open at another time, be open and don't be lazy still sitting talking while customers would like to enjoy your business.

They also serve alcohol so make sure to bring your ID. Nice and helpful staff !
