She said she had recently had some health issues but could still do the job. When I met her she didn't talk much & had me change into the dress in a small bathroom. She pinned up the dress hem in one spot on the back of the dress in her living room. She said she had recovered from her heath issues and would be leaving soon to take care of a sick friend out of state. The dress was done the following week. When i went to pick it up she said I did not need to try it on. I paid for the dress with cash and left. When i tried on the dress at home the hem was approximately 1inch shorter on the left side compared to the rest of the hem which was varying lengths dragging on the ground and the thread color on the hem did not match the dress very well. I will need to find someone else to repair the dress. Maybe her recent medical issues and distress over her friends condition altered her ability to do the job???

I paid $15.50 to have a coat cleaned which would have been fine, but when I got home there was hair and fuzz all over it and I had to take a roller to it. It honestly didn't look like it had been cleaned. The hours are 12:30 to 5:30 and when I got there at 12:45 it was closed. So I left a phone message to see when they wold open. The owner/employee returned the call a bit later and said she had overslept cause her cat turned off her alarm..so the hours are not real convenient. I love supporting and seeing small businesses succeed but honestly, I don't know how this one does it. You can give it a try and see if you have better luck but I won't be back. Very unprofessional business.

It was a great summer dress but the fabric was a little delicate so I was almost worried that it might not be able to be fixed. I found this place and dropped it off, the woman working said she could get it fixed that same day! Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick it back up for a few days because of my schedule but when I did it was perfect and she hardly charged me a thing. If I had had more time I would've taken in another dress that I damaged but I didn't. I would easily recommend this business to anyone.

Shocked at the rudeness. Stopped by shop on Monday during business hours. Sign on door said "be…read moreback tomorrow or call xxx-xxxx". So I called to leave message but mailbox was full. So I came home and emailed. No reply. Today I called and actually spoke with guy who didn't care that his VM was full or that I needed 4 shirts screen printed and was rude when I didn't understand that he "didn't do so and so's screen printing". He simply did not care one rats ass. Good thing they don't need any more customers.
