Wish I would've read the reviews before coming here. This was a horrible first time and I would avoid it all cost. This is my $500 reception wedding dress that was completely ruined. They claimed it wasn't their fault and that I had left a plastic tag on it which I don't recall at all. I've worn it twice. I feel like I would've noticed if I had a tag still on it regardless they said it wasn't their fault and offered me STORE credit as if I would want to come back here. They would not replace the dress. I left in tears. read more

The staff is very friendly, and they offer quick dry cleaning turnaround whenever I've been there. I had a shirt that another dry cleaner could not remove a stain from, and somehow they were able to do it! I've only ever had a problem once where I noticed there was what looked like a bit of grease from the rack that got on my collar. I brought it back (two weeks later when I noticed, mind you) and they were able to rush it and have it ready by the end of the day. Thanks for helping me look spiffy! As an added bonus, their letterboard outside always has hilarious laundry puns, well worth a detour on its own! read more

On a camping trip and needed to do laundry between stops. We chose this place because they advertised free wifi. The password is posted but not the wifi name, and I tried the password on all of them without luck. I spoke with an employee on the laundromat side and another on the cleaners side and neither could tell me which wifi to use. They both seemed perturbed that I had spoken to them and were quite dismissive. Laundromat was average in price and quality. Customer service was extremely lacking. No AC (temp was about 90 outside so this was relevant) and no wifi. read more

So I did get my garment, delivered by the owner/operator who was very nice. I have been a customer to this dry cleaners for a long time and really never had bad service and I was very frustrated when I posted my review and I should have given more grace because of the good service in the past. I like the drive thru option and they do have a rush service if needed. read more

I took 3 coats (2 from Herberger's and 1 from Target) in to be dry cleaned, mostly because they smelled a little musty. My favorite black with beige raincoat had 1 little makeup stain on the beige. Got it back with the stain intact and the black around the collar ran onto the beige and now is ruined! A rose colored wool coat had only been worn a few times and is now pilled quite badly, looks like I've worn it every day for 10 years! Fuzz balls and hair (cat, dog, human) all over the 3 coats! This place is where the action is! Lots of folks doing their Landry. All business. The employees are businesslike and friendly. I gave the girls a hard time and they responded in good Montana fashion. The equipment and facility is clean, including the men's room. The will even do your Landry for you at a reasonable price. Rude! A homeless man came in and put his clothes directly in the washer and took off his shirt and put it in the washer. He sat down And didn't make a sound. The manager walked over and loudly rolled, for everyone to hear" you're not going to be able to stay inside in this air-conditioning. I know your tricks you'll have to wait outside." I am a regular customer, you would think that would mean something , but no. They like to tie up banks of washers and dryers for their own use. Whether they are using them or not. You would think they would work around their customers that come in, instead of the other way around. I prefer to use the larger dryer that can take two loads and work far better then their single load dryers that end up costing you a dollar more to actually get your clothes dry. Guess they could use some guest relation classes I might just start going to the dirty boy laundry mat instead. At least I would not have to compete with them for use of their machines. And of course no one wears a name badge so you can complain about who disrespects you as customer. They probably never look at these reviews, but maybe they should,! read more

Cons: -Dry cleaning side is awful- total gamble if your things will come back in good condition. I took my suit there before a big event and it was ruined. I have had other times where they do a good job, but it is too risky for special events. -RUDE manager - the dry cleaning manager is rude and will not take any responsibility for mistakes or compensate you for mistakes in any way. The friendliest dry cleaning experience I have had in years! I needed to clean our porch furniture cushions and the manager was kind enough to take me next door where they have 80 lbs washing machines and 75 lbs dryers so I could not only save money, but get it done in half the time! I was running out of clean clothes during my visit out here, so I came here to do a load of laundry. I've never used a laundromat before, but I was impressed by how clean it was. I used the WiFi to get some work done while my clothes were getting cleaned. The bathroom was spotless. Very good experience, and a nice staff. read more

We stopped here on a 20 day road trip to wash laundry about half way through. Since we have taken several long trips like this we have gotten the laundry stop day down to a science, packing our own soap etc. The challenge still remains in finding a good facility to stop at in an unknown town...... this place was a great find. Clean, working machines, and friendly people. Not too crowded, I was able to wash three loads at the same time and dry all of them quickly in the large capacity dryers. Prices were average. Parking lot was large enough for us to park our truck and camper. On our list for future stops for sure! read more

My wife and I were back in town for a wedding and needed to have some items cleaned and pressed after traveling cross-country. Imperial was well reviewed, the drop-off service friendly, and prices reasonable--all seemed in order. I had a J-Crew 100% Cotton White Dress Oxford, my wife, a Brooks Brothers sheath dress; both of which were returned damaged. The attendant handed us a yellow shirt and a dress with damage from a pulled thread. He either didn't notice or care that our items were damaged; he was apparently content to make it someone else's problem. The manager promised to fix both items within 24 hours, and to her credit, did drop the dress at a seamstress who fixed the pulled thread. The shirt was another matter--the next day, the entirety of the shirt was no longer a burnt umber yellow, but the cuffs and collar were still yellow. And that's where things went downhill, very quickly. The manager, whose name I forget, had the audacity to explain to us that my shirt was "better" and therefore, we had no reason to be upset. For her, a partial fix was adequate. Ignoring the fact that a fix was only needed in the first place due to an error by her staff, she insisted that the shirt was "poor quality; an off-brand" and that under no circumstances would they replace the item. After I tried, and failed, to explain that J-Crew is not an off-brand, she said something to the effect of "shirts are hard to clean, I bleached it twice, you should be happy". I don't doubt her effort, but I do doubt the competence of her and her staff, because apparently, a 100% cotton, white, name-brand mens white dress oxford eclipses the ability Imperial Dry Cleaners. Towards the end the manager did, somewhat hilariously, blame us for bringing the shirt to her: "if you wanted a simple clean and press, why didn't you do it yourself at home with an iron??" Why not, indeed. If you must have your items cleaned here, document, document, document. Don't trust the staff to inspect items prior to their being returned to you. Don't trust the manager to understand her job, don't trust the owner to call you back. Take pictures before cleaning, because apparently, that's the only way to have an item replaced. read more

Machines seem to be good, used them several times. But service is not so great. First time had wonderful service, but after that, just so so. States free wifi but the employee doesn't know anything about it and the signs posted have no login info. Just feel if you advertise you have free wifi, then you should have it available. read more

We picked this laundromat randomly because of its location. Needed to wash four or five loads of dirty hiking clothes while on vacation. It had been a while since I had used a laundromat to wash my clothes, and the attendant, Guylah, helped me patiently all along the way. She explained to me how to pick the right washer for the number of loads I needed to do and estimated how much it would cost. I messed up on following the directions, and she came over to fix my mistake for me. While my clothes were washing and drying, she was zipping around the laundromat helping other customers with their questions or needs. Always friendly, always busy and helpful. The boss came in and brought one of the workers an iced coffee drink. Another laundromat attendant was busy and friendly as well. Air-conditioning was solid. Clean. Next time I am vacationing in Kalispell, I will definitely use this facility. Well done! read more

This dry cleaner did a great job removing candle wax and oil wax from our main altar linen and at a great price.

We were in the area on vacation and needed to do a load of laundry. Found this place and stopped by. Within 5 minutes, we totally understood what Amanda C. and Steven B experienced. The woman "helping" us was incredibly rude. We asked if they had scent free laundry detergent (we have allergies) and she stared us as if were creatures with multiple heads and spoke a language that she couldn't understand. Then responded with a curt, "No, I don't think so." We asked if they offered laundry service. Again, she stared at us for about 3-5 seconds and answered a curt, "Yes." The whole situation was very odd and made us very uncomfortable. read more

We used to go to dirty boy laundry on Montana st. I like this one a lot better because it is HUGE and has a ton of washer and dryers. They also can fit a great deal of clothing in them. They have a vending machine too bad I can't eat any of it. If they had healthy food in vending machines I would be the happiest person ever. Just a suggestion. The hours are good and the decor is nice. It is nice that they have dry cleaning as well. read more

For some reason I don't have the best experiences with dry cleaners. The Organic dry cleaning place was expensive and frequently messed up my order and still expected me to pay. So I switched to Imperial which I was so happy with up until two weeks ago when they called me and said they lost a pair of my pants and had damaged one of my shirts. How do you lose something I asked? She said they called other clients the day my order was done to see if the pants had accidentally got sent home with another order....no one fessed up to having them she said. They searched "the line" looking to see if they had gotten out of order....still couldn't find them. Is there a thief in the house I asked....she couldn't say....so, what about the shirt? Apparently, the gal who initially took my order should have had me sign a waiver because there was intricate beading on it and it was risky to put through "the line." Somehow, it went through "the line" anyhow, got snagged, beading was torn, still didn't get clean, and so needed to be hand treated. But the hand treatment also ruined the material. When we looked at the tag it didn't indicate drycleaning at all. So my bad....I guess....apparently things can't ever get drycleaned unless the tag indicates they should be....I don't particularly believe that because I take plenty of my hubbies dress shirts here all the time and they don't say anything about drycleaning or not drycleaning them. The attendant said she usually looks at the tag before she starts a treatment, but didn't this time. They offered to buy me another pair of pants which was really sweet but impractical as these were quite unique and probably aren't made anymore. I would have had to go home, spend time searching for them on the internet, buy them if they exist and then bring the receipt in. She wasn't sure what to do after I declined that to compensate me, so I requested they give me my order free of charge...I was surprised she didn't suggest that....I kept asking, what do you do in situations like this? and she never really could answer me, other than buying me another pair of pants. There really was no mention of how to compensate me for the damaged shirt. Now either they never make mistakes (which is not apparent from the other negative review on Yelp) or they don't have a system in place to adequately compensate their customers.....I will say that their service is very sweet. They usually win Best Dry Cleaner in the Flathead Valley every year. I just wouldn't take anything here if it is worth some money or unique anyway....not sure who you can trust with these items at this point.... read more

Be Warned - If they damage your cherished clothing they will not take responsibility or compensate you in any way! I took a pant suit in for dry cleaning and they scorched my slacks when pressing them. When I brought the unwearable slacks back to the Manager Doreen and Sherri the owner I was told they would not reimburse me for my destroyed item and they did not even offer me anything to compensate me for my loss. They denied that the damage could have been caused by their equipment. This is the only cleaners I had used for this item. BAD customer service - I will not be back. read more
