Each and every order of the more than 100 items has been processed without any problems. As with any business, if you "Want it yesterday" there could be a problem, as she has other work priorities. The 'negative' feedback listed in the 2016 feedback is absolutely no indication of the service and quality we have received from Red Threads during the past ten years.
