I would never recommend the Harrisburg Budget Blinds to anyone. I tried to order them from the store my realtor told me to go to but everything at Budget Blinds is by zipcode. They are cheap. We spent $5,790.00 and my realtor received only a $50.00 gift certificate. Two of us bought the blinds from him. At least $100.00 would of been kinder.
