I purchased window treatments and carpeting from Martins. Deb came to my house with samples of both. In spite of me not knowing what I wanted for the windows she was able to quickly help me make choices based on what I told her I didn't want. The end result was wonderful. Ed was our installer and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and neat. The carpet install was completed this morning and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. Danny was the installer. He worked alone and had a lot of heavy furniture to move but finished quicker than than I would have thought possible. My family and I have a restored 1870's farmhouse and we needed to re-floor it after 17 years of family life. We chose Martin's because of their reputation in our community. We couldn't be more happy! We turned to Bonnie in their Lancaster showroom and she helped us pick a beautiful carpet for our stairs and a matching pattern and color for all of the bedrooms. The refinishing of our entire downstairs hardwood was going to be the toughest part about the project and it looks beautiful. The installation team even stayed late on a Friday evening and they called in several back up guys to help complete the whole project on time. Excellent experience with Martin's Flooring in Wyomissing. The selection process was made easy with the help of their professional sales staff. They have a full showroom of products to select from. My options where explained well with the pros & cons of the products that I was considering for my lifestyle. They sent an estimator out to measure my dining room, bedroom & hall for hardwood and the steps for carpet. Sheldon did a fantastic job with the installation of the hardwood areas. They sent gypsies who did not speak English and didn't care to. Martins puts on a good show and sent the same characters back to fix what they denied ever doing. Martins made every lame excuse to side step their responsibility. Make sure you Don't act like you own your home, and that you pay the mortgage; for they Will let you know in a threatening manner that your house is theirs while they are royally screwing up your floors and the job that you paid them to do. These characters couldn't afford a decent home, but they will be glad to take over yours until the demolition is done. read more

My designer was knowledgeable explaining the different tile options and what to expect during my project. The estimator caught a potential issue with my electrical outlets, which I fixed prior to install. My job was scheduled in a timely manner. The two installers were excellent.
