Clothes were clean and folded. No one asked me if I wanted my clothes hung up or air dried. As a professional, I have many shirts and clothes that I would have liked to be hung up... I paid a very premium price at $75. I liked what they are doing, but they need some detail orientated questions and professionalism that would make me return.

i have used this cleaners somewhat regularly for a little over a year. they are never super…read morefriendly but do have a prompt turn around time. today i went in to drop off several pieces that i would need within the week. as i proceeded to drop off, i was told that my husband had an item for pick up. the owner walked over and told me that my husband should have picked his items up weeks ago. i attempted to share with him that i was unaware that the item two items were even there. he proceeded to tell me in front of other customers that he had to pay his employees weekly and that my negligence in retrieving my items put him in a bind. i apologized and went back to the car to retrieve my purse to pay the charge. as i reentered i interrupted him telling his wife about the two items. i promptly collected my items , paid and left. yes, they do a good job but so do so many other cleaners in the area that value customer loyalty and treat customers with courtesy and without belittling in the presence of others.

They are family friendly..they remembered my name after 3 visits, so I dont have to give it. They are a touch cheaper than anyone in the Madison area, have SAME-DAY service, have a lady who does alterations when needed AND have a drive-through! I drive down Main Street and drop off my clothes on the way to work (7:50 a.m.) & pick them up at 5:10 p.m. when I get off the same day. I give them my credit card at the drive through, they run it & bring it back to me, open my back seat door & hang my clothes for me. I never get out of the car, they are amazingly nice and very fast. I could not recomend them any more. They are across from Persnickety by the rail road tracks on Main Street (close to the red caboose).

Unfortunately, the person who answered was quite abrupt, told me they were too busy to talk, and then hung up without any further explanation. The interaction felt unfriendly and dismissive. I haven't used their services yet, so I can't comment on the quality of their work, tho after such call I don't think I'll be trying them.
