Although the owners aren't 'slum lords', it is just a basic wash house. It's machines are operated by a card system instead of coins; definite sign the owner is trying to save money on someone needing to be physically there. The laundry detergent machine was empty, so I had to buy a cap of detergent from someone washing their clothes. The bathroom was a mess with no toilet paper nor hand towels, but otherwise, the washers were new and in good order. It's still 2 Stars for me.

i have used this cleaners somewhat regularly for a little over a year. they are never super…read morefriendly but do have a prompt turn around time. today i went in to drop off several pieces that i would need within the week. as i proceeded to drop off, i was told that my husband had an item for pick up. the owner walked over and told me that my husband should have picked his items up weeks ago. i attempted to share with him that i was unaware that the item two items were even there. he proceeded to tell me in front of other customers that he had to pay his employees weekly and that my negligence in retrieving my items put him in a bind. i apologized and went back to the car to retrieve my purse to pay the charge. as i reentered i interrupted him telling his wife about the two items. i promptly collected my items , paid and left. yes, they do a good job but so do so many other cleaners in the area that value customer loyalty and treat customers with courtesy and without belittling in the presence of others.
