They offer different options for good prices, you can leave your dog for one day/night of regular boarding for less than 15 bucks! They also offer play packages or completely cageless boarding. I feel like the employees took good care of my dog on her stay. She was there for 3 days/ 2 nights and seemed very comfortable! Knowing there is a 24 hour staff made me feel better about her stay as well. They are really flexible with pick-up/drop-off which makes it convenient for those who are traveling. They offer training and day care services just daily and are located within the same building as a veterinary office. Their training services can last up to 6 weeks. You can feel comfortable knowing that you dog is there. I would like it if they put up a dog-cam on the web, a lot of places offer that now, but hey you can't get it all here. They offer grooming services but I haven't used them--they seem knowledgeable and I would definitely trust them if I had to groom my pet. Overall I rated them a 3 because I felt like my dog could have got more play time while she was there in the day and had a surplus amount of energy when she came home. Also, the kennels at night are on a concrete floor--I don't think my dog even knew what that was before this trip (plus the dog-cam could be used here)!! She received the care she needed though, and thats what is important.

First off, they will not even allow you into the vet with your pet because of this Covid stupidity - you have to hand your pet to them from your car, and you must stay in your car while they take your pet inside. Seriously?!?! If you want to be paranoid about Covid, then ask customers to wear a mask but don't separate them from their pet! This can be quite traumatic to some pets! Even people hospitals currently allow a visitor to come back with a patient to their room. But you can't allow a pet owner to come inside with their pet?! Secondly, despite describing our pet's condition to them, they stated he probably had an allergy causing some throat irritation. Really? And allergy causing a sudden onset of severe, lower respiratory raspy coughing fits?!
