We were in the area for a funeral and had to make reservations on very short notice. We meet Chris for a little meet & greet to be sure he and Elsie for compatible and to see where she would be staying. The next day when we dropped her off she couldn't get out of the car fast enough. We loved the "no crate" boarding. She was right at home watching TV sprawled out of the couch. Will definitely use BarksTown Country when back in the area again visiting family.

She takes in larger dogs and even works with them if they are shy, a little dog aggressive and other issues. I have a very sweet but dominant Doberman and she had no problem with her. She took my dog on walks through the forest, let her on the couch and gave her lots of attention. I'm not adverse to kennels but I prefer to leave my dog with a dog sitter who will interact with and give lots of affection to my dog. Jen is fantastic! She is very personable and I will leave my dog with her anytime.
