This message was rude & arrogant & said that "I walked out of my appointment" which I did, not because I wanted to but because I had waited 45 min & still had not seen a doctor & had to pickup grandson at 4:15. Then the message continued "If you want to reschedule or Discontinue your care here, call back" & that was said in a very rude & arrogant tone! I've never been treated so badly from an "Office Administrative Assistant" in a doctors office before. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

When I told them I left bc they were not helping me and I was in more pain after i saw dr.kim than before they got very offended and changed the price on what they agreed to charge me. (It makes a huge difference when they agree to only charge you $25 for a visit instead of 50) I found another chiro who is great and does not make me feel like he is trying to scam me for more money. Dr. Kim wanted to see me for 3 times a week for 2 years. That is just an insane amount. He also tried to get me to alleviate my food allergies with a laser machine which if you do any research shows it does not work (if it did you would think people with peanut allergies would use it first hand). Which is definitely great for me because I don't like needles. The phlebotomist and I start a conversation up and before I know it, the bloodwork is done. They actually do care for their patients.
