They are all really helpful with what you want and they all call you by name once they get to know you. Your hair cut looks great after and they don't just talk to you to make "chit chat", they're actually concerned and interested in what you have to say. Also, they will actually tell you what's going on where and why. So it's not just got there and sit and wait for a hair cut. So if you ever want to try a new place I'd suggest them because for one it's local and two, they are all more helpful than just waiting for a tip and trying to get through a hair cut or a colouring. They also do nails to so if that's another thing the misses needs its worth checking out. Oh and one other thing, talking about camping and cars if you get Sean as your hair dresser lol those are kinda his territory.

They died my hair greenish brown (green from overprocessing). I asked everyone to make sure I wasnt "crazy" and survey said.. yeah it was undeniabley brown. When I asked the manager for a correction, and again showed the picture of the golden blonde hair I was looking for, she did not seem interested and threw in some highlights. So now I had brown hair with lighter brown highlights. I gave up and left. Had to go across the street and they understood what I wanted and delivered no problem. On top of that, they switched the quality of the hair extentions to a cheap quality that isnt from invisible bead, so it was super dry, brittle, and easily matted, despite keeping the huge price tag of it. I compared the first set with the second, and it was completely different. When I brought it up, she told me to pay another 1k for new hair. The quality of it was compared to the cheap aliexpress /amazon real hair extensions I get. Quite upset at the customer service, especially since I tipped well and was also very understanding. When I told her you can see the extensions and I wasn't happy with them she then stated I wasn't a good fit for her salon. These extensions need maintenance every two months for a year by the stylist that installed them and now she's taken all my money and refused my business going forward.
