They died my hair greenish brown (green from overprocessing). I asked everyone to make sure I wasnt "crazy" and survey said.. yeah it was undeniabley brown. When I asked the manager for a correction, and again showed the picture of the golden blonde hair I was looking for, she did not seem interested and threw in some highlights. So now I had brown hair with lighter brown highlights. I gave up and left. Had to go across the street and they understood what I wanted and delivered no problem. Very unprofessional and condescending treatment.
