I thought Bright and Early productions did a decent job for my house's photo shoot…read more Pros: -Very responsive -On time -Professional -Photos came out decently well Cons: -My house is north facing which makes a 10am-2pm photoshoot ideal, however our appointment was set up at 7pm. -There was a missing picture of one of my renovated showers(there was a possible limitation due to the camera and the size of the bathroom, however a different photographer company from a prior listing had no issue). -A few floor stains were not photoshopped, which previous photographers have photoshopped as part of the picture processing.

Seemed like he tried to brighten the photos and it turned a wall in background by stair well green which would of just been a dark shadow. He now has completely ghosted me. Won't respond or make adjustments on photos like he used too. Seemed like he got offended by me pointing out some of the issues. He was paid to also do a Reel Video of the house. I am not local, i had to fly out to get this done and now I have to hire someone else to do this again and will have to wait till have winter.... Was planning on using video for my listing website so now that is delayed. He has caused me nothing but problems. I never leave reviews, thats how awful this experience has been. He told me he would refund me a portion of the cost which doesn't look like he did that and he said on Nov 18th that he would send the Reel video he owed me still that SAME NIGHT. It's over a month later and nothing. Can't get ahold of him at all. You would think as a business owner that someone who has returned over and over would take care of their customers more. At this point this could be costing me bookings and cost me another $2,000+ just for me to get another flight to the property to hire another photographer to take new photos and do a new Video. So unless you want to have to hire an attorney to get this guy to do his job, I wouldn't recommend Mr. Hevia to even my worst enemy. I am thinking I might have to actually take this route at this point and I am not that type of person at all but I am at my wits end....
