Despite that, I was left waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment while late walk-ins and others were being helped. When I kindly mentioned the delay and suggested a potential solution, like staggering appointments more than 10 minutes apart or reducing overlap on appointments, I was met with hostility instead of professionalism. The employee told me she didn't like my "attitude" and flat-out refused to service me. I was stunned. I calmly explained that I had waited patiently and was only offering feedback to improve their system. But instead of resolving the issue, she doubled down, told me to leave, and even refused to provide her name or that of her coworker when I asked to report their behavior to a supervisor. What shocked me most was overhearing them talk about calling the police on me and my mother, simply for asking questions and advocating for better service. That's the moment you see in the video, my mom standing up and calling out their actions after we realized how far they were willing to go to silence us. It wasn't just unprofessional. It was demeaning, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. This experience wasn't just about bad customer service. It was about being dismissed and disrespected for speaking up, and that's not okay.

I asked tech to go over the charges and found out I was "manually" charged an additional $10 over on top of the additional charge. The $10 was refunded and corrected. However, the 1 star review is for making a customer pay extra for a 2nd submission because of a mistake made by the business/tech. This is poor business practice.
