They still told me that they would come out and give me a call before they came. They never called, never came, even though I waited at home for them to come. After I sent a message re: the "no call, no show" I received a response saying that they didn't come because I said that other companies were going to come and give me a price. I never told them not to come, and if they didn't want to bother they could have said so. But they made an appointment for that afternoon and then when they didn't show they acted like it was because other companies were coming out - which they knew when they made the appointment. So they don't show and then lie about it.

They show up each week on the same day and do a great job. They texted when it was snowing last month to ask if they could come in another day. They asked. What a pleasant surprise..Awesome to be able to count on them. . Looking forward to working with them on weekly maintenance and special landscaping projects in the Spring. We need their help with keeping the property in great shape. Reasonable pricing, too.

I contacted him and he said he pulled weeds and sprayed the rest with weed killer??? Which this was never me when he gave me the quote or when I asked him the day of "are you going to pull all the weeds out first?" which his respon was "Yes". There was a lot of rain that week, so it wasn't surprising that he (text) messaged and asked to change the appointment to Sunday May 18th at noon. He did not show for the appointment. At about 12:30pm we text messaged him asking if he was still planning to come to the job site and provide a quote. A minute later, the phone indicated the message had been read. After 10 minutes of not receiving a reply, we called, but he would not answer the phone. I doubt he could get more unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
