He failed to notify us and he may not have known he did it since he FLIES on his zero turn with noise coverage on his ears. But when we called and told him, he didn't even come and LOOK at the damage. We waited 2 weeks then had the window repaired at a cost of $350!!! Sent him a registered letter requesting repayment several months ago and he hasn't had the decency to reply. We are headed to small claims court.
