If I could give these folks ZERO stars I would. I have been with them for the last 6 or 7 years. At first, they were a breath of fresh air, and I would sometimes even call them to compliment them on the lack of weeds in my lawn. Since COVID, however, they have driven off of a cliff! I have weeds all over my yard, and when I call them back to an additional treatment it takes forever to get it scheduled. Then, when a technician does come out, they seem to be poorly trained and don't have any idea of what areas to spray. I only have them service my front and side yard, but they will ignore large areas in favor of spraying my back yard, which isn't even covered. I call tell because on the follow-up service calls they use a blue dye to show all of the places they've hit. Not only that, but they will spray blue dye on a weed at their feet, for intance, and ignore an even larger weed less than a foot away. They tell me that they are having a hard time keeping good technicians, and I think I understand why. Management is TERRIBLE. A Customer Service Manager was supposed to call me back "within 10 minutes" two weeks ago. I am still waiting on that phone call. The Service Manager told me last week that he would come out this week to talk with me but has not. Also, the follow-up service request I made has not materialized. I'm changing my lawncare company & decided to call these guys (and give them a shot) last week to schedule weed control & aeration for this week. I got a call to confirm my property address which was fine, but then the calls kept coming...I received 5 calls from different people after the initial confirmation call. After that red flag I called them, the woman I spoke with said they still hadn't confirmed my address & they would need to confirm it before servicing my property. What?!! Today is Thursday & they were suppose to be here today for weed & aeration. She said she seen where I called back to confirm my address but she doesn't know what happened. I told her to cancel & that I'm going with another company. She said "oh I'm sorry but the person who confirms the addresses isn't here today." What???!!! In 2022-2023, I had service with this company. Over the course of that year, I was paying to have treatment of my front and back lawns and they were not treating the back yard, when it was discovered that I had paid for the service and was not receiving it, they said they would rectify the issue and yet the issue continued. After waiting until 2025, I decided to give them another try and when I spoke with them, they increased the fee by nearly 20%. I called and spoke with a representative that was very rude to me. He sent a text to my phone and advised that someone would be coming to service my lawn. I advised that I had not agreed to nor signed a contract for services with them. The team member by the name of Karoni advised that I misread the message and spoke to me in a condescending tone, he further sent a text message state they had over 50K clients and had no intentions of serving me and ended with a Laughing emoji. The following day, he called me back I suppose unaware that he had spoken to me the day before and when I told him about the experience he began to apologize and I advised I had already found a provider and would be reporting this to the better business bureau and post this review with a screenshot of the text message received from 678-541-6118. I cannot believe I even considered using their services but because a neighbor advised the services had improved, I reached out. So, on April 16, I happened to speak with a very angry woman. Her name was Kailyn B. I had a problem observed with my cameras where the service gentleman didn't properly spray mosquito spray over all my entire yard. She wanted video and refused to re-service the visit despite my prompt payment. Unlimited Lawn Care was maintaining three of my properties, two rentals and my personal home. Their weed treatments were not helping in two of the lawns, so I requested a retreat with specific problem areas. The retreats were in early summer, both on Bermuda grass done and in different crew locations. In one yard they never got rid of a big broadleaf pesky weed. The other lawn they retreated, the 20' X 5' area of weeds died but so did all the grass. After many calls to Unlimited asking for them to repair the area it was clear they weren't going to take responsibility. The customer service manager was loud, rude and exhausting. Mid summer, my son picked up 4 pieces of Bermuda and installed it. It took the remainder of the summer watering the new grass but it did fill in. I hired Unlimited Lawn Care in the fall of 2022. I requested to have the visits done on Saturdays so my dogs would not be in the backyard. They came one Saturday and the rest of the treatments were done during the weekday (even after repetitive phone calls about the day of service). I was charge for the full service even though they could not get to the backyard during the weekdays. After several calls, they finally adjusted the fee for the days they showed up and only treated the front yard. I cancelled their service because they charged me for all the treatments they could and killed my front yard lawn. I spoke to customer service about the balance and informed them that they burned the grass in the front yard due to all the treatment they tried to do for the end of the year. If I could give 1/2 a star, I would. I have to say this has been the worst experience I have ever had with Unlimited Lawn Care! I used them at another home. Decided to use them again at a new property after seeing the lawn sign in my neighbor's yard. Wrong wrong wrong decision!!! I started my treatments in March and here it is October, and my lawn looks like TRASH! I did better doing it myself. I have had missed treatments, treatments that were only in the front yard and not the back yard (like people don't have cameras). Over treatments, that burned my grass down to the ground in spots all over the front yard! I completely got a run around. I was asked to send pics like to prove my point rather than send a technician out. I was told to rake the spots of dead grass and put water on it. Mind you, we had days of rain! I was told that I would receive an aeration treatment. When the technicians came to aerate the back yard, the machine was to wide to go through my gate. I stopped them from forcing it through, (glad I was home). The techs told me to call the office for a refund, however the service was compensation. When I called the office (run around again), I asked if there was a smaller tool. I was told there was but it was out for servicing and an appointment would be scheduled later. When later came, I wasn't home, the technicians came, forced they're wat through the back gate. Viola! Broken gate! When I called the office I asked for the area manager, I was told he would get back with me. That NEVER happened! When I called a week later, I was told he was out of the office, but no one knew. I called again and asked if someone in his place could call me (it's sad that I had to ask and that wasn't offered). Then I was asked to send pictures. I finally got a call from another manager, Jason who stated that he thought he could repair the gate himself. But if not, he would have the gate repaired. Jason has not been proactive in communicating with me. I have had to constantly text him for any updates. I asked Jason if I should have the gate repaired and send Unlimited the bill, I was told no and that he would take care of it. Well Jason went on vacation with no communication until I reached out again to him. I understand it may be "just a gate", however it is an entrance that can't be used safely at this time. And may not be a priority to you, but THIS IS A PRIORITY for me and my family. My grandchildren are now not allowed to use the gate to leave the yard. I recently received a text from Jason offering a ridiculous pay-off because he can't find anyone to fix the property that was damaged by Unlimited Lawncare technicians. I just recently today am getting a call back from Amy regarding the overtreatment and damage to my grass!!! And this all started in August!!!! There has NEVER been an issue with this company getting a payment from me, however the communication, resolution in return is HORRIBLE! Their slogan of "doing it right the first time" is trash! I have sooooo much more that I could add but if phone calls won't make a difference, I'm sure words carry no weight. I hope that this review can help someone make a decision towards lawncare. IF YOU LOVE YOUR YARD AND HONESTY DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. We started with them back June 20 to try them out. The guy came by and ran thru the yard quicker than water down a hill. Then he left a memo on the door stating he done everything required. I was home while my fiance was at work and told him the guy didnt spot treat nothing. He told me that he was suppose to. My fiance called to have it hashed out. Since the guy LIED stating he did what he told him, we cancelled. We sent the video from all angles with times showing the roadrunner. We were to get a refund for the services since half was done. Now its July 20 (was told get refund in 5-7 days back June 22ish, just got it after making 2 calls), and my fiance spoke to them when we noticed we didnt get the amount refunded from contract. Adrian (defensive yet professional) told him they dont honor or guarantee MONEY BACK AT ALL, JUST DO SERVICE AGAIN. Well we didnt want him back out. She stated we didnt give them a chance to make it right. If its our first time and a lie is done, NO GOING BACK. So she pretty much told him we got your money and since you didnt stay with us you are screwed. She defended the lie by saying the spot treatment was infused in the granules and they were strong. Terrible Experience. Tech did not service sides nor back yard. I reported the issue via telephone (HUGE MISTAKE) and was given the makeup treatment and a freebie but during the same call, I requested cancellation of any future services after the agreed upon treatments. A few months later my yard was treated again and I was billed. I contacted them (via email) to remind them I cancelled my service. The rep said she took was the person who took my call and that I only cancelled the mosquito treatment. Bottom line, I wound up paying $38.00 for a lesson which is to never conduct business telephonically again. Get everything in writing because when its "he said, she said"...you end up on "Yelp" writing an honest but not flattering review. So for that I recommend do not use their service. read more

I was highly recommended service to Unlimited Lawn Care by my neighbor so I decided to give them a try. Probably the worst decision I have ever made. The first day they came out to service my yard, the lawn guy was on the phone half the time and didn't spread seeds throughout lawn nor did he spray for weeds. After he left I immediately called Unlimited Lawn Care to voice my concerns. I shared with the person who answered the phone what I just witnessed and that I was already skeptical to have someone to service my lawn because they don't do what they are supposed to do but since my neighbor highly recommended them I decided to go with them but was thinking of cancelling and this is only the first service. The agent was very apologetic and showed empathy and asked that I give them one more chance. She indicated that she will send someone out in 14 days since he did put "some" seeds down and they won't charge me until after they send someone new out. Well, 2 days later I was charged. Mind you I was charged for a service that wasn't done properly since the lawn guy didn't do what he was suppose to do and according to the agent I shouldn't have been charged until after they sent someone out 14 days later to redo my lawn. After I noticed the charge on my bank statement I called again and asked why was I charged when I was told I wouldn't be? The agent looked at her notes as she read them aloud and she stated the person I talked to didn't submit the request for me to not be charged and she will take care of it. I said ok and we hung up. Two weeks later the charge still exists so I call and I tell them I'm waiting for a charge to be refunded if you go back and read prior notes and I will like for you to cancel my service. She read thru her notes and she says well I have to talk to my manager for the refund and I see where you called and indicated that someone came out and didn't properly do your yard. We will just send someone out. I said that wasn't what I was told and you will send no one anywhere because I don't ever want you to ever set foot on my property again and to make sure my service with you all is cancelled while I wait for you to talk to your manager as I hold on this phone. She then tell me that she will talk to her manager later that day and will call me back. That was a Tuesday and today is Saturday so I guess they are still talking about my refund of 38.00. I even asked this lady why would you charge anyone when you received a complaint that the guy spent most of 7-9 mins on the phone and didn't apply seeds all over the yard? Her response again was I need to talk to the manager to see about your refund. After me and that person hang up I called back and ask to speak to someone in customer care and was transferred. I was later hung up on but called back because I was driving and thought the call dropped but this time when I called again I got Lori and when I ask Lori to transfer me to customer care they no longer, miraculously, have a customer care dept or someone who works in customer care. She tells me that its the same as customer service although when I first called and complained about the lawn guy not doing my yard properly I was told they will transfer me to the customer care dept. Then I asked Lori can she have the manager call me and her response was "well he doesn't need to call you and this should be resolved by Friday". To Lori and all others at this company I will have those charges reversed from my bank after they do an investigation and I will also make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and with the secretary of state. I hope they look into your practices of charging customers for unfulfilled work. You can lie and cover for your coworkers all you want but looking at all these complaints on Yelp! its no surprise to me that you're unprofessional and will lie through your teeth and the only reason you get a 1 star is because you have to select something to submit this complaint because you're worth every bit of 0 stars based on your ethics and your lack of professionalism. Words of wisdom: You don't lose a customer over 38.00 when he pays you almost 90.00 total per visit for two different types of services. I used to use this scammer of a company, I watched from behind my blinds as the worker spot treated. He was done and gone in under a two minutes! I was billed for whole yard fertilizer and weeds control. When I called they said they would redo it for me. I said I don't think so. I refuse to use a company who does their customers this way. I do not recommend! I was with this company for 2 years and the weeds only got worst! I wasn't expecting for my yard to be weed free immediately, but I did expect for it to get better. The last straw for me after numerous complaints was when my weeds started growing into the neighbors yard. Their weed control company came out to spray and after 1 application, I could see the weeds on their side turning brown and the ones on my side just living their best life...‍ I prepaid each year in advance and figured I wouldn't for a third year. I figured they would reach out before servicing my yard and I would not renew. They came and serviced my yard and I immediately called to cancel. Told them I'm already using a new company and did not request them to service my yard. I then received a nasty voicemail about taking me to collections for $55. After reading many of these reviews, I too had the same problem. Paying for a service that I do not believe they performed. I've been using Unlimited for at least a year now, or close to it. Though the pricing was good, there has been a few times when we were home and noticed a bill on our door, but never saw a technician. Our dogs also bark at everything. The last time this happened, 9/30-10/1, I got an alert that my cameras in the front had gone off. By the time I checked it, all it showed was a service technician, deep in conversation with someone about his girlfriend and how he treats her, come to my door and turn around. He walked slowly back to the service truck, which was parked quite a bit from my house, to the right. The second time my cameras went off and alerted me, you see the same technician walking back up to my door, still in conversation with someone on the phone about said girlfriend, leave something at my door and lightly knock, turn around and walk away again very slowly across my yard back to his truck. My cameras stay on as long as there is any continuous audio or motion. The time between alerts on my cameras was 8 minutes. In no way can the technician, considering where the truck was parked, properly reach my full front and side yard with treatment. Also, as long as my cameras have motion, they stay on. At no point did I see the technician on video treat my yard. I also have a camera on the side of my house, which never alerted me to any presence. After sending the videos, as requested, to Unlimited, they told me they would reschedule my service. No other explanation given. I told them I would just rather cancel since we've had this exact issue before a few months back. At this point, it's a trust issue. If you don't service my yard and bill me while I'm home, I truly wonder how many times this has happened when I wasn't home. What a disappointment and a waste of money. They are not trust-worthy, spend a little bit more money and use a company that you can trust. I'm in the process now of finding another company to service my yard. read more

Just called to cancel Unlimited Lawn Care. After having them for a year and a half (confirmed by Kelly Roberts) When the sales rep came to my home to offer me ULC it sounded great. Was promised that my weeds would be gone and grass would be green in a years time. I thought it was a good deal but boy was i wrong. I was contacted by Kelly initially because i had not sent my last payment into them on time. I informed her that i did not think it was fair that i was being charged for a service that was not completed. I informed her that the weeds were still growing nice and healthy. Kelly requested pictures of my yard to see what the weeds looked like. A couple of days later i was contacted by a guy (I am assuming it was a tech) and he proceeded to argue with me saying that the reason that my weeds looked like that is because the treatments will not work on weeds or grass that high. I let the weeds and grass grow so that i could send these pictures in to show them just how healthy these weeds have been after a year and a half of "treatment". The guy informed me that they have doing their part by treating the lawn. But wait, if you just said the treatment will not work with a yard like that... why are you guys still "treating" my yard knowing that it will not work??? Why did no one call me and tell me that it wasn't going to work instead of having me waste money on something that wouldn't work? Do not waste your money with this company. avoid this company!!!! i literally sat on my porch and watched the tech do a terrible coverage of my lawn. i called and cancelled the service 5 minutes later. they called back and wanted to redeem themselves so i gave them another shot. they didn't come back as promised so i cancelled them again. the company continued to call and harass me for $60 for a $5 job i received. they even sent my account to collections. i will be checking with my neighbor (who also discontinued service with them) to get footage of the service i received and upload it on youtube. i will be communicating with everyone else in my subdivision to switch companies as well. read more
