We selected Wedam to do the work based on recommendations and the type of equipment he used. Dustin gave me a reasonable quote and in spite a couple of equipment problems, that were beyond his control, completed the project after 3 full days. Dustin was able to maneuver his ASV machine in really tight quarters to reduce the dead pine and Buckthorn to a carpet of wood mulch of varying sizes. His machine was of a good design and had plenty of power to rapidly progress through really thick Buckthorn. Our decision to use Wedam for this project and will probably use Dustin again on our property.

Secondly, I…read morewould give this business ZERO stars if I could. $7,500.00 for one, hallowed out tree that fell on the porch after a bad storm. I guess they heard "insurance" and figured $7,500.00 was reasonable. Left the wood there, didn't clean up their mess, and had to deal with a secretary named Donelle who didn't answer any of my questions, was rude and unsupportive, and then refused to talk to me because I used some humor to lighten a stressful situation. I asked for payment plan because "the money tree was destroyed in the storm last month so we don't have any growing on it at the moment". She replied back with "I have answered all of your questions very promptly and been as helpful as possible. I don't appreciate the disrespectful way that I'm being spoken to. I will only speak to (other person involved) going forward." Really? Because I made a joke about money growing on trees? You're in customer service. Grow some thicker skin or find a different job. And DO BETTER, Jed. Stop price gouging people on a fixed income because you think insurance will foot the bill.
