She was resistant and uncooperative with us as buyers including our realtor and foundation company's employees. Her favorite response was NOPE! I caution you to go elsewhere for your real estate needs. My kids, the Bogards, have waited so long to buy their dream house. Now they are in a house full of mold and mildew, the Century21 broker is telling them to lawyer up, and they are suffering from respiratory infections that antibiotics and steroids are not resolving. The resolution is through the Texas Real Estate Commission and the courts. It is just sad that these kids are having this horrible experience from a business that we thought was reputable.
