Darrell and his crew came out and had our project complete in 2 weeks! This included, running water from the main water line at the street, tying electrical into the shop with a multitude of plugs (including a 50amp plug for our RV inside and outside of the shop), hung garage doors and installed the openers. They also laid a road base/rock drive way from our back gate all the way to the shop. One of the most honest and up front companies I have ever dealt with! I highly recommend them for any project, big or small. They will treat you right.

I know because one of them was a large sum of money in the back neighbors yard. I'd asked them to remove the over hanging branches from it and was communicating with that neighbor. Neighbor decided to have the rest of the large tree done so they did that instead of finishing my biggest tree in the front yard...which was the main tree I wanted their services. Furthermore, they used my property to remove the neighbors tree, which I agreed to but they did not finish what they started. They trimmed one of my ailing trees and did not treat the open wounds on the cuts until 4 days later. The forestry service recommends painting open wounds within 15-30 minutes to prevent the beetle that transmits oak wilt fungus from entering a tree cut. Particularly on a tree that's already stressed. These people have no idea what they're doing. Bad business practices.

They worked so fast and efficiently that even our front neighbors went ahead and used them to remove a large tree from their front yard. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment window and the office assistant confirmed that I was scheduled for a 3p to 5p window. Had to leave work early to meet the window (not a problem, planned it in advance). Scott never showed up. Waited until 5:30p before calling to get an update, but the office was closed and I was directed to Scott's voicemail by the automated answering machine. Left a voicemail. I called back first thing the next morning to explain the situation and the office assistant took my phone number so she could call me back after talking with Scott. I never heard back. I called one more time the next business day and left another voicemail. I still have not heard anything back from Scott or the office assistant. It really sounds like Scott and his team do great work, but I have not experienced the prompt or courteous responsiveness that others have. I understand that things happen sometimes, but a business should always communicate with its customers when a scheduling issue arises. ***************************** UPDATE Scott called me personally this morning to apologize for missing the appointment last week. The lack of communication appears to be due to the office logging an incorrect area code on my phone number. My subsequent calls alerted the office to the error. They came out to review the site before quoting the job. I specifically requested the use of a sod cutter and commercial grade landscape fabric. The landscape fabric began ripping and pulling out within hours. Some portions were layered with multiple scraps. They removed dead grass and some dirt with a combination of shovels and a tiller I provided. They did not have the right tools or materials. They assured me they could remove the sod and would also spray the remaining roots so it would not return. I reached out about the poor landscape fabric within 24 hours. 9 days later when boulders were placed it was apparent that in most areas the sod was not removed at all. They did not spray the grass deterrent. When I spoke to them 9 days later they made many excuses for the poor quality of work, and blocked me on their contact number and all accounts. Pictures taken day 1 and day 9 after work was "done." $1700+ for the work and materials...
