Tina ia fabulous and makes sure you feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend getting the lash lift AND tint done for you upper as it makes they look more prominent and fuller. Will try the tint on my bottom lashes next time as well as the serum. I have been consistently getting my lashes done so when I compared LaLa Lashes to other lash lounges in terms of how long it stays, this place loses. Lashes started coming off the next day but it was just a couple so it didn't impact the overall look. After 1 week, the lashes look messy - going in all directions. If this was my first time, then I wouldn't have any expectations but it isn't so I am quite disappointed with the results. Maybe this is the norm in Toronto but the ones I've done in Boston and New York stayed on and in a manageable fashion for weeks.
