I was traveling and needed to get my lashes done and after seeing their highly rated reviews, I came here. Communication was quick, space was clean, but the outcome wasn't as great. I have been consistently getting my lashes done so when I compared LaLa Lashes to other lash lounges in terms of how long it stays, this place loses. Lashes started coming off the next day but it was just a couple so it didn't impact the overall look. After 1 week, the lashes look messy - going in all directions. If this was my first time, then I wouldn't have any expectations but it isn't so I am quite disappointed with the results. I love Lala Lashes! I went to them all summer but had to stop due to my expenses. Lash extensions are a luxury to have but I am glad I got to experience them. Shannon was my lash technician each time and she did a great job. When I first went in she gave me a brief consultation to figure out what I wanted. She did not try to upsell me (whereas some places will) and recommended that I go for the cheaper option of trying out the express lash set and add more if I wanted for my lash fill. Each fill I maintained a full set with a mix of 2D and 3D, I loved it. It was easy to get ready in the morning and many people complimented my lashes. They also provide a cute kit with a lash wand to brush your lashes and a facial sponge to better wash your face. The only feedback I would have is to give me more information about lash care, the card was helpful but I had to find out myself how to remove makeup and take care of them properly. My natural lashes did unfortunately get damaged and became extremely short after I removed them but I believe that should be normal. read more

I've come here several times now and I think I've found my new place for lash extensions! They have real mink lashes and they have a book of different styles, volume and lengths that you can choose from. They take notes of what was used in session so that for next time, they can pull up the information from their booklet to use the same one. Unfortunately, I don't have many lashes to begin with so I usually just go with express set and I usually have to wait a couple of months before doing them again so that my lashes grow back. Normally I can get a refill once before I let them rest though. These lashes last for a long time too. Perhaps 4-5 weeks for me and you can still see them, whereas with other places, it was only 3 weeks. It's also hard not to fall asleep during the session because their memory foam portable beds are so comfortable! Book an appointment at least 1.5-2 weeks ahead if you're looking for a specific time/date. It takes 1-2 hours depending on your lashes and what you want. It's been about a week since I got my 2D/3D hybrid set, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The place itself is kept very clean, from the bathroom to the application beds. Prices are reasonable as well, and I received a $10 discount for being a first-time full set customer. The process itself took exactly 2 hours, and I felt very welcomed. I got lash extensions for the first time ever here, and I wasn't disappointed with the experience. I wanted a more natural look, so I got the regular full set with 2d lashes towards the inner corner of my eyes, as my lash technician (unfortunately I did not get her name) said it would blend everything in more naturally. The end result looked great - a little too long for my preference, but still very well done. Salon was clean and nicely decorated, the technician was gentle and patient. The glue stung my eyelids at times, but it wasn't unbearable - not sure if this is normal. The entire process took up to 2 hours. If you're a first time customer, you can get mink lashes as an upgrade, free of charge. Highly recommend these lashes, as it looked super natural. I think the total was about $100. Refills are $60, I believe. Now the lashes lasted for a very long time. I didn't go back to get another set as I decided it wasn't for me, but it was still looking good 3 weeks in. Of course I had quite a few fall out by then, but surprisingly my lashes didn't look wonky at all. It took maybe 5 weeks for all the lashes to fall out, some of it due to me messing with them out of impatience. Needless to say, it was a really strong high quality glue. They give you a care set to take home to maintain your lashes - lash shampoo, a couple of mascara wands to brush your lashes into place. And a sponge to wash them because cotton buds will get caught on the lashes. I wish they did explain this to me as I was leaving, but I gave them a text at home and they responded back right away so everything was good. All in all, highly recommended. read more

I'm so glad I did my research and read the reviews before choosing a lash technician because Linda really lives up to the hype. She is so kind and works with you to get you exactly what you want. Her prices are super reasonable and she doesn't try to overcharge you. I personally have really sparse lashes, so she only charges me for the 60 fan express set. She was honest and told me that my set may not last that long because of how sparse my lashes are, but I had over 6 weeks between my sets and I still had quite a few lashes hanging on before I went back - even after going on vacation and swimming in the ocean! She helped me through the whole procedure and gave me information on how to care for the lashes after our process. Gave me options of lashes to choose from that can be a good fit for my eyes. It was a long procedure, but thats because she wasn't rushing or slacking. I definately recommend Lala Lashes, and definately recommend Gina to help you! Some advice, please keep in mind that the lash extensions' procedure will take up to 2 hours. Not all of them will, but if it's your first time, make sure to keep some time around your scheduled appointment. Also, try to book an appointment for refills on the day of- they're usually booked for weeks ahead. Gina was very sweet. I never at any moment felt pressured to get more lashes. Some salons pressure you to get the full set and gives you 1000 reasons why you should. You have to book in advance but if you are someone who prefers to set a date out for your appointments then it's not a problem anyways. Edit: nothing fell off, there is classic lashes at the end of my eyes I booked my appointment just the day before, and they informed me of the only availability they had left. I told them I was looking for a 3D-4D fill and they said that it would be $85 and only one hour. I expressed my concern with the fact that it was only one and hour and was not sure whether it would be quite full. I was assured it would look quite full done by the hour. The process was very calming. She was very gentle and only nipped me with her tweezers once while she removed my overgrown extensions. You could barely feel her moving on top of you. When I was done, I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome just because I explained the style I wanted my lashes. But truthfully, they were not at the full-ness I was looking for, for a 3D-4D set. By the end of the day, there was a significant split on my left eye, in which I had found a bunch of classic extensions there. I'm not entirely sure how I feel. For an hour fill, this was very efficient and relaxing. She took exactly an hour. read more

I like the fact that my lashes look very natural and full - with a lot of volume but I don't feel any different. In the past after having lashes put on, I have had some irritation or some slight itchiness but I just tolerated it for the sake of beauty. Eventually I just stopped.... Now that I have found this place I am so happy. I get random compliments anywhere I go - at Starbucks, at work, etc. I also like how LaLa Lash is honest about telling my my lashes are naturally weak, so they advise me to take a break when needed. I booked my appointment well in advance to ensure that I could get my lashes done before my vacation. I was late arriving to my appointment due to traffic, however, they were very considerate when I called to let them know I was running late. I walked and right away, my technician, Linda, greeted me and she asked me what I was looking for and looked at my lashes. She gave me her suggestions as to what was best for my lashes and asked me to put my belongings underneath the bed. She asked me politely to lay on the bed while she took a closer look. She went through each question as to what type of curl I wanted, the look (bigger eyed look or more cat eye), the length of the lashes, etc. She explained the best option for my lashes because they were weak and sparse. During the lash session, she let me know that there was no point in me putting a full set of lashes and charging me the full amount when they would fall off faster due to the condition of my lashes. I was very happy that she was honest instead of taking my money and calling it a day. She finished the set and handed me a mirror so I could see the final results and wow.. I was very impressed! They were not heavy at all - I feel like there is nothing added to my lashes and they look so natural. She explained that she mixed different lashes to give me the fullness I needed but some areas needed some work and she recommended me to use a lash serum to help grow the sparse/weak areas. She also give me some mascara wands and a sponge to help me take off any eye make up. Overall, I am ecstatic with the customer service as well as the price and overall experience, especially because during my session, I fell asleep. It was that relaxing! I will definitely come back to get a fill once I get back from vacation and work on growing my lashes.
