He was able to give two estimates of the work to be done within a day or two after his exploration of the site and my needs. He informed me that the job would be weeks out due to other jobs already scheduled. Joe's son, Niko, and another employee laid over two tons of large river rock by hand after scouring the site of dirt, laying down high quality fabric. He also installed three plants and treated the area for additional weed control. I had asked Joe to look at a tree whose branches were hanging on the roof of my shed. Joe not only gave me a reasonable cost but Niko was able to prune the tree the same day as the landscaping. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this company. They have the old-fashioned work ethic, communicated in a timely manner, did superb work, and cleaned up thoroughly.

They're hired by Duquesne Light to cut down trees and branches around the utility wires. We got a door flyer early in the summer saying they would be doing work soon but the "soon" should definitely not be taken figuratively. They showed up weeks later in our backyard and just begin cutting. I wish there was some kind of better notice or heads up, but there isn't. So they ended up cutting down three very large trees and left the massive logs just sitting in high piles in our yard. Twice this happened in the summer and then late fall. There was no way we were able to do anything with these logs. They had to have weighed a ton and we didn't have any tools that would have handled cutting them. They needed to be cut with professional tools. So I called Duquesne light and talked with a customer service rep who said the manager of the tree division would call me back. Weeks went by and nothing happened. I called again and was told someone would call me back again. I wasn't holding my breath. Then a few days later a whole crew showed up at my door and told me they wouldn't take away the logs but could cut them for us to use for firewood. This was actually perfect because we do, in fact, have a log burning fireplace and we never ordered wood this year. They spent the whole morning basically halving them then came to the door and asked if that was okay. We were like... ummm no way those halves could be used for firewood. Not sure if they intended for us to get to work cutting them down more if what but they were still massive. We asked if they could cut more, because they were too large and the guy was like ooookay. I'm sure it's not how they intended to spend their whole day but I am SUPER SUPER SUPER appreciative and we ended up lucking out with so much new firewood. I'm not sure why this wasn't done in the first place when they initially cut down the logs, but I suppose someone just dropped the ball. FYI they will not do anything with trees that fall down from storms or natural causes, they did tell me that. But apparently from what happened it is their responsibility to cut it into useable firewood pieces. I'm not giving five star just because those logs sat there for months without any action or calls back. Plus, they threw some of the logs on one of my bushes and killed it :( But again, super thankful they rectified it!

Brett and his crew are very professional, really nice, do a wonderful job, and their prices are fair, actually very reasonable, and brett stays in touch and is prompt. I'm having them back this summer to do some further work.

This is my first year hiring Paslow Lawn Service to cut my grass. I'm not very impressed by the…read moreprofessionalism that I've experienced. They rarely ever come when they are supposed to. If I'm hiring them to cut the grass weekly, I expect them to be there to cut the grass weekly, sometimes it's at least 10 days until they even show up, and I'm having to call/text asking where they are. If paying for the every 10 days, they sometimes don't show up for 2 weeks. There has been less than satisfying excuses every time. There's never anything offered to please the customer to potentially try to make up for what they didn't do correctly, which IMO, is poor customer service. When they actually do show up and cut the grass, there's always stray grass strands standing up throughout the yard and doesn't look like the best job is done with the trimmer along the edges. The only thing that is fair, is the price per cut (but if it's done correctly). I most likely would not hire again for another year.

My LawnCare company services two places that were hardscaped by Diamond. I see a lot of places…read morewhere people have put some money into retaining walls, patios, pavers, firepits, pillars, steps, and all the other things you can imagine with today's engineered block. The two properties I am speaking about are the best looking hardscaped places I have seen... So much so that I purposely asked the home owners who did their work. While I also do some less complex hardacaping, I wouldn't hesitate to call Diamond if I were to add a larger feature or area to my own property. The stuff I've seen that they do flows very nicely. It's level and designs are centered. And most importantly, retaining walls seem to be installed structurally sound the way the manufacture intended. I've never met these guys or had the opportunity to consult with them, but their work speaks for itself.
