The Block Advisors tax preparation was incorrect. The tax advisor forgot to submit a tax document. I called Block Advisors to explain the situation. I was given a free appointment the next day to resolve the issue. The appointment lasted around forty-five minutes with a friendly female tax advisor. The missing tax document was submitted to the state tax department online to correct the mistake of Block Advisors. A few days later, the state tax department informed me that there was no further balance as they received the missing tax document.
