I have had the misfortune of being in two car accidents within the last five years. Going through the whole issue with my insurance and the loss of the car with no support or guidance, being my first time, was one of the most stressful experiences. I was car-less for far too long, without even being able to get a rental car without paying an amount I couldn't afford, and once I did get a new car, I still had to pull money out of my account beyond what I got for the amount of my car because it wasn't enough to cover it. Fast forward less than two years later, I'm the victim of a sandwich crash, the smushed baloney between two cars. This time, it's with a car I do not have paid off, the car at fault is someone who doesn't have a license or insurance, and there's now three of us involved. That's when Ali came in.
