I am a disappointment client of this service. I have been dealing with their irregularities for a while on two cases but the latest one has been frustrating. For a service, I paid $7000, but I haven't even received any support or service worth $1000.. I am disappointed in myself for have agreed to pay that amount before and not even wait till they get through half the service. Points that I want to raise and list: The person assigned to me is not in West Coast so our timing doesn't match, I haven't met this guy.. there has been no meeting in person.. I think that is important for inmigration lawyers... Know Your Client! I have to email them Continuously to pursue my own case after I pay that amount and sometimes they would randomly set up a call knowing I am also a working professional.. then there would be no response for my email for another few months and then again I have to email back and the response would come as a one liner. The assistant to this person sitting in California hasn't ever made any effort as well. I know to this Shah would say "please make sure you provide us with all information" "please make sure you do this..." But please understand we don't know your side and not the SME, we paid for a service.. Another part.. I was told after I paid that "yours is a difficult case"! I got that from the Murthy firm on one consultation for $200.. I am just really disappointed. It's money wasted.. and we really work hard for it.. I did not go with the "EB2 to EB3" switch and the dilemma was still continuing al the way till late 2021. I had a number of questions around my particular situation and needed guidance that had my interests in focus. I requested Mr. Shah for some individual level guidance. He immediately decided to help and provided me some keep insights on how I should approach. He also completely understood that I have my employer-based attorney agency also and guided me keeping that in mind. Sharif Simli talks very nicely and will sell you his services during the consultation call by bragging about how he was successful in getting EB1 approved for cases that may be weaker than yours. But, once he gets the case it is very hard to reach him. He will ask you to gather documentation initially ut won't even start to draft the case until the last day of the deadline. I had to follow up for weeks on emails and phone to get the final copy of the submission and invoice of the services. Very unprofessional. AAA+++ The circumstances of my AOS case had some complications specifically involving my run in with law enforcement on a few occasions which can be very nasty from a immigration perspective. I had a corporate immigration firm that filed all my paperwork (Hint: Starts with F..) . Those who work for bigger companies in the bay area would know what I am talking about. I was called for an interview and immediately realized that I was in a fair bit of trouble after consulting with senior attorneys at F. Since I had a corporate package, I could take an attorney from F for FREE to the interview, but I just wasn't very happy with the response time and the lack of personal attention. On a friend's recommendation I decided to contact Shah's law firm. Shah and his staff (Anu & Soni in particular) understood the issues immediately and had solutions. His staff was very efficient in completing the paperwork and Shah personally went over all the questions I could be asked and helped me prepare for worst case scenarios. I was anxious and nervous and barely able to sleep until I had a few interview preparation sessions with Shah. Gradually my confidence was back and I felt better. He also accompanied me to the interview, and boy this guy is suave, smooth, very well prepared and can talk his way out of any situation. I hired two separate law firms to do duplicate work for me for a very important immigration matter. I explained clearly to this law firm that I was in a hurry, and that money was not an issue. In short, this law firm charged me extra, and then dropped the ball, didn't complete any of the work I hired them to do in a timely manner, and eventually issued me a partial refund because of this. Since I never saw their finished work product, I can't comment on that, but in short, if you want something done in a reasonable amount of time, find a different law firm read more

I filed a case I 130 for my brother and it was denies but not closed.I was told that i have the right to appeal. My uncle discussed the case with Shah Peerally and he charged us $150 for first consultation.We gave him all documents and he did not review and sent us the email that "we have a case for a motion to reopen or refilling" When we told him that case is not closed and we have the right to appeal then, he said that he charges $ 3000 for such case. He even did not read any of our document and charged us $150. The advice we got for $ 150 was based on assumption with out reviewing our case. I would recommend to stay away from such person who does not even read your case. read more
