I had that quote beefier the end of the business day emailed to me! I called him on Wednesday evening to accept the quote and schedule for a couple of weeks out (his first available opening). He called back the next day to let me know that he got the message. He also asked if I wanted to have the work performed the following Wednesday since he had an opening become available but understood if o wished to wait until the original date thy he provided since some heavy furniture needed to move. I told him the sooner the better. His crew was there that Wednesday morning. They covered everything in plastic, went over a few things with me and i asked them to wood fill 2 small splintered areas which they did. By Friday, the 3rd coat of polyurethane was down and they removed all the plastic except on 2 doorways which I asked them to leave up. Minimal dust compared to previous jobs at other places I have owned. Cabinets, countertops and mounted television were all covered. The crew vacuumed several times as well. Floors look very nice. I highly recommend Charter Oak Flooring. I have several people that will be reaching out to him for quotes already after my experience.

I contacted Leon before the warranty was up and instead of fixing issue we received excuse after excuse . They day Leon and his team finally showed up to do some type of work, they stated the older gentleman using the machine got frustrated becauae he didn't know how to use it and i quote, they "didn't want to further frustrate him." What about us?!? On the day the they were suppose to show up, no one did. When I emailed them in afternoon, I received a response that they were refunding money because they could not fit us in schedule. How is this possible when you knew about issue in the winter time?!? How is this possible when they were fo show up THAT DAY?! Its obvious we were NEVER a priority. Now my property is in a worse state than before Leon amd his team did any work. i do no recommend this company to anyone. I regret the day I took down his information. He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

Contacted Millstream, they came and put up mess gutter guards on the house, I asked it they could also do my garage, (I never had gutter guards on the garage) they told me it would cost $500, they tech, Troy, came and did the work, he told me he ran out of pieces and I would need a half a box, I told him if I am paying for an entire box, to leave the remainder at my house. I just go the bill for $500, for a full box! When I called the office, Paula told me they gave him the 13 pieces he needed, so I asked why I was charged $500 for a full box, she had no answer. Lansing carries these mesh Gutter Guards, $350 per box. Also, when you get a new roof, the roofer is supposed to leave remaining roof shingles with you, Millstream did not do that either. This team even dug up boulders that were in the way of where my plants were going and made them part of the landscape, a lot of extra hard work.
