I was burned here. The worker put me on 20 minutes when I asked for ten. I got out before the full time was up but I was still burned. I couldn't go back for a week so I called and spoke with the owner about getting a one week refund. He said, "Sooooo, you come to a tanning bed, get burned and then want a refund? When you're lying in the sun and you get burned, do you blame the sun?" It's scary to think that while you're trying to relax in a tanning bed the person in charge of how much time you spend in there either doesn't care or doesn't know what they are doing. I was told at the time that I checked in by the very girl that she was filling in for someone else. Also, When I first started going there I was told that they don't clean the beds because the customers usually do it anyway. Gross. read more

This is the dirtiest tanning facility I've ever been in! The equipment is old and the rooms are never cleaned properly! I witnessed the owner take a towel from the dirty towel bin and go clean a bed with it! The ceiling tiles are falling down and or missing! The owner is rude! I paid extra for the "SUPER" beds and I was only ever offered the same two beds! Over priced for what u get! I also asked for a refund because I was not satisfied with ANYTHING and was never even contacted by owner and was avoided when I went to him face to face!!! This place don't even deserve one star but they make you put at least one!!! read more
