We decided to stay here because they will give us a late checkout. I love this hotel's hospitality! They were very accommodating. We not only got a late checkout. They had a box fan for me to use because I forgot mine. I need good air circulation when I'm sleeping. Also, when my mother asked for extra extra coffee because she drinks approximately 8 cup in the morning, they weren't stingy about it. They gave her all she needed. -- 5 stars The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. No hairs of any kind in the bathroom or anywhere's else. -- 5 stars The beds are firm which isn't good for me. I am disabled due to a back injury and I had trouble sleeping. The next morning I was in so much pain due to the firm bed. Sadly, as much as I love how accommodating this hotel is, for this reason, I likely will not be staying here again. -- 1 star

Our current stay was the last straw. Cable has been out; I tried to call the desk but our phone doesn't work! At breakfast this morning at 8:30 there was virtually no food. After asking the attendant, she said more was on the way. After waiting 20 minutes we left. This hotel has always been been full with oil workers, but there is virtually no one here. I think we now know the reason

If I hadn't been falling asleep at the wheel, after driving 900 miles, I would have kept moving. 1). Forced to pay cash because they wouldn't take a company credit card. 2). Damp (no , wet) and moldy carpet. 3). 3 separate occasions where staff and their construction workers walked into my room while I was asleep (without knocking)...one who just looked at me until I asked him to leave. 4). I checked in at 3AM. The construction saws and hammers in the next room (with paper thin walls) started at 7am. 5.). Air conditioner was so noisy it was rendered useless. 6). Bathroom mirror was broken, removed from wall and sitting on counter leaning on wall. 7). Street 30 yards away turns into a truck thoroughfare at 6am. 8). Black beetles on bathroom floor. 9.). TV gets snowy reception. 2nd worst hotel ever. The Royal in Las Vegas had syringes and condoms in the trash cans.

The curtains were stained to all hell. 3. Black beetles, flies, sliverfishes and roaches. 3. The towels looked dingy 4. Wi-Fi (yeah right) 5. The burgundy carpet in one area was apparently damaged so it was cut out and replaced with grey carpet of a totally different texture. 6. The door to the adjoining room was covered, very poorly I might add, with sheetrock and uneven plaster. I could go on, but why? Just do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. I frequent Pleasanton, Texas for work alot but always stay in the Best Western or something similar. I called every room in the area and they were booked solid for the night and now I have a story to tell out of it. If you're not afraid of scabies, hepatitis, and bedbugs, this is your place! If you enjoy a good, clean and comfortable night's sleep after a hard day's work, you're better off sleeping in your truck.
