They had a box fan for me to use because I forgot mine. I need good air circulation when I'm sleeping. Also, when my mother asked for extra extra coffee because she drinks approximately 8 cup in the morning, they weren't stingy about it. They gave her all she needed. -- 5 stars The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. No hairs of any kind in the bathroom or anywhere's else. -- 5 stars The beds are firm which isn't good for me. I am disabled due to a back injury and I had trouble sleeping. The next morning I was in so much pain due to the firm bed. Sadly, as much as I love how accommodating this hotel is, for this reason, I likely will not be staying here again. -- 1 star

The first room We were assigned AC did not work, we got moved. When requested the pool it was open but DIRTY! The bottom of the pool was nothing but mold and green water. A pool in such condition should NOT be "open" to guests. There was only two towels in the bathroom for shower, when we requested more so 4 of us could shower we were told there were no more towels! So basically don't book until renovations are done, they clean the pool and hopefully they get more towels.

If I hadn't been falling asleep at the wheel, after driving 900 miles, I would have kept moving. 1). Forced to pay cash because they wouldn't take a company credit card. 2). Damp (no , wet) and moldy carpet. 3). 3 separate occasions where staff and their construction workers walked into my room while I was asleep (without knocking)...one who just looked at me until I asked him to leave. 4). I checked in at 3AM. The construction saws and hammers in the next room (with paper thin walls) started at 7am. 5.). Air conditioner was so noisy it was rendered useless. 6). Bathroom mirror was broken, removed from wall and sitting on counter leaning on wall. 7). Street 30 yards away turns into a truck thoroughfare at 6am. 8). Black beetles on bathroom floor. 9.). TV gets snowy reception. 2nd worst hotel ever. The Royal in Las Vegas had syringes and condoms in the trash cans.

I frequent Pleasanton, Texas for work alot but always stay in the Best Western or something similar. If you enjoy a good, clean and comfortable night's sleep after a hard day's work, you're better off sleeping in your truck.
